Q: Do you ship overseas ?

A: Yes, we ship almost all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Q: How long will it take to get my order ?

A: Process time can change depending where you are. Deliveries can take anywhere from 2-8 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Q: What can I do when the monitor is broken ?

A: We have two options for exchanging the monitor:
1. You can send the whole system back to us  and we will replace the item 
2. We send you a new monitor incl. mount and instructions on how to exchange it yourself. 
Please note that you will be charged for a new monitor + shipping/taxes (unless faulty)

Q: Doe the case meet the usual requirements for carry-on luggage

A: The case is designed as a carry-on suitcase. Depending on your airline, restrictions for cabin baggage may differ. Fully equipped, the case is heavier than what most airlines allow for hand-luggage (8KG). In case you decide to check the case, please make sure it gets a “handle with care” tag, to protect the components. However we highly recommend to check the respective airline regulations prior.
